Perfectly located in shopping area. Set close to Principality Stadium.
Location. Great for shopping, restuarants, cinemas & casino. Music from the pianist was most enjoyable, particularly when having a drink in thye lounge with friends.piano.the bacon in the restuarant at breakfast was the tastiest I have eaten for a long time.i congratulated the restuarant manager on it.
Great hotel but I think a complimentary period of free internet would have a very welcoming effect to guests.
Luxurious hotel very very close to the indoor arena and the millenium stadium. And literally next door to a huge indoor shopping centre and John Lewis.
Excellent check in allowed us to have linked for the family. Good breakfast but a bit pricey for a familyAcces
Finding the hotel entrance by car is rather complicated
some confsion ober resevation as booked via Booked.net, but staff were pleasant, confident and very efficient
went out for breakfast as £15 seemed expensive.
very close to all shops and resturant, stadium and centre
We love Cardiff and we love also Marriot. The best hotel in town, exellent location for shopping and other atractions. Nice , large and clean room. Good breakfast. The perfect combination
Central location with outside covered smoking area
The hotel is centrally located so ideal for shoppers and night life. The room was very comfortable and clean. We liked the spacious lounge/bar as it had a relaxed atmosphere. The staff were friendly and in the main efficient.
There was a big problem with drunken arguing from the next room. The night manager asked them to quieten things down twice but it continued and nothing further was done.
Excellent customer service, all hotel staff where pleased to assist at anytime, would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in cardiff
Freindly staff and excellent bar/lounge area, also great location close to all attractions of Cardiff
The room was dated and a bit grubby, tea stains on the bathroom door frame and curtains, also the bed was not queen size as described. Fridge was not accesable and no complimentary water and limited free tv stations, not what we expect of a hotel charging over £100 per night without breakfast which was a extra £15.50 per head !! its called taking the ! and not what you expect in the current climate, I wont be staying here again much much better and better value for money at Radisson or Hilton.
The location is excellent. Very central and close to the stadium. They have a good gym & pool and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice bar too.
The breakfast is quite expensive for what you get. There is far better value outside. All of our party were also overcharged on their bills which annoyed everyone.
i was staying there with my daughter, the staff and the guests at the time made us feel comfortable and relaxed.
It was in a central location and the room was very clean and spacious.
Due to the location, opposite busy nightlife, we were kept awake most of the night due to the loud music in one of the venues opposite.
Very centrally located. Closed to the central station. Breakfast copmpared to other 5* hotels it was poor.restaurant very ordinary not like 5* hotels what we see other countries.may be this is the standard.
Pillows very uncomfortable
